As a CXG Evaluator, you conduct discreet evaluations of your favorite luxury brands in cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches or even luxury cars! You’ll choose assignments to perform in-store or online (and sometimes both!) and provide feedback on your experience. Your feedback is then presented to the brands to help them understand their customers, shape their strategy and improve customer experiences.

What are the requirements to be an Evaluator?

A few criteria are must have to become an evaluator: 

  1. You must be 18 years or older.
  2. You should not be contractually engaged with any retail brands, to guarantee your integrity. 
  3. You must be an existing client of Premium & Luxury brands.

To be a GREAT evaluator, you should be observant, passionate about Customer Experience and eager to learn. We are here to listen to what you have to say! What types of missions do you offer? 

The types of missions are as varied as our Premium and Luxury clients: visiting a store, returning a purchase, buying a product online, making an appointment online, etc. On our platform, you will see available missions in your area, that fit your profile, with all details. Check regularly and open your horizons! Our clients, the Premium and Luxury brands, evolve in Fashion, High Jewellery, Cosmetics, Luxury Watches and more.

As a compliance rule, we do have certain rotation level that encourages fairness and high integrity for our Community of Evaluators and for our clients and their teams, being evaluated.

What can I do to have a better chance of being selected for a mission?

Here are a few advice to increase your chances:

• Maintain a completed and updated profile on our system. To provide quality feedback to our clients, we strictly select evaluators whose profile matches our customers'. A detailed and up-to-date profile is key to be selected for missions. Note that your profile will be verified before you can be assigned missions.
• Contribution: quality feedback is of utmost importance: make sure your comments are detailed, fair and thorough. An insightful survey will bring you a greater probability of being selected for another mission.
• Respect the rules: respecting scenario, time and place are crucial, as well as submitting your survey within 24 hours. This is important for a qualitative and accurate survey.
