Do I need to pay for the products with my own money?

Will I need to cover product costs upfront for missions, and how will I be reimbursed?

We offer two types of evaluation missions: Evaluation without Purchase – you will evaluate the customer service experience without purchasing an item. Evaluation with Purchase – this requires you to initially cover the cost of the item specified in the mission brief. You will be reimbursed for this expense once your survey is validated, typically within 45 business days.
