Not all missions require a purchase, those that do are optional. Missions without Purchase – these evaluations focus solely on the customer service experience and do not involve purchases. Missions with Purchase – you will cover the cost upfront as specified in the mission brief for these evaluations. Reimbursement for the purchase will be processed within 45 business days after your survey is validated.
