How to Update the Email Address Linked to My CXG Live Account

How can I change the email address associated with my CXG Live profile?

It is not possible to change the email address associated with an existing account.

To update your email address, please:

Sign up again using your new email address at CXG Live.
Email us at community@cxg.com with the username or email address of your previous account so we can deactivate it.

Please note that it is not allowed to have two active accounts at the same time.
